The Remnant
(Young Adults Living in Truth for Christ)

A Remnant is defined as a small remaining quantity of something. The remaining, a surviving trace, or the rest. Throughout the Old Testament, God preserves a faithful remnant to keep alive the testimony of divine truth and the hope of Jesus’ return.
Today, we stand firm on the word of God - spreading His divine truth while equipping our generation with the tools necessary to stand.
We Are The Remnant!

Mission Statement: Create a ministry that will uplift, encourage, and strengthen young adults to walk confidently on their own in faith, while standing on the Word of God.

Vision: Reaching our generation through prepared young adults.

Scriptures: Isaiah 40:29-31- “He strengthens those who are weak and tired. Even the youth grow weak; the young can fall exhausted. But those who trust in the Lord will find their strength renewed. They will rise on wings like eagles; they will run and not get weary, they will walk and not grow weak.”
Supported by Hebrews 12:28-29- “Do you see what we’ve got? An unshakable kingdom! And do you see how thankful we must be? Not only thankful, but brimming with worship, deeply reverent before God. For God is not an indifferent bystander. He’s actively cleaning house, torching all that needs to burn, and He won't quit until it’s all cleansed. God himself is fire!

Meeting days/times: We meet at least once a month (sometimes twice depending on activities planned). The main gatherings occur on the 4th Saturday of each month. The location can vary, but the majority are held at The Wind church in the upstairs game/recreation room.

Some additional activities/outings include beach day trips/bonfire, bowling, paintball, poetry & spoken word events, comedy shows, state fair, and more.

Our Community & outreach outings include serving at the LA Dream Center, our local homeless shelters, convalescent homes and hospitals, food/toy drives, and neighborhood cleanups.
